It is that time of year again and once again, we are pleased to inform you about all the new and exciting developments happening within The Bundu Safari Co. & Wagon Trails.
The New Year is fast approaching and we look forward to offering an even more diverse and unique range of products for the 2008 season. The Return of an 'Old Faithful'. Our 4 Day Kruger Park Safaris have always been a major success with a proven track record for over 14 years.
With daily departures 365 days a year, we are thus proud to announce the return of an 'old faithful'. Yes, our original Kruger Park Safari is back but with a remarkable difference. As from the 1st of December 2007, The Bundu Safari Co. will no longer be involved in any joint ventures with open vehicle operators outside the Park and nor will we be making use of their camps on the Southern boundaries of Kruger Park.
Our clients have spoken and we have listened to their concerns. In doing so, we have decided to return to our tried and tested 4 Day Kruger Park itinerary but with some new awesome activities included. Reasons for the change: By operating from a concession camp within the boundary of the Kruger, clients did not feel that they were actually in Kruger itself. We now operate within the heart of Kruger, thus giving the actual Kruger experience.
All accommodation in Kruger is in semi luxury permanent tents with beds, linen (sleeping bags) and lighting provided. Camps are situated in Central Kruger, thus giving a diverse range of routes to conduct all game drives and other activities. We now make use of our own fleet of open vehicles with fully qualified guides employed and trained by our Company thus making sure that quality control is kept in house and 100% up to our standards. We will be making use of our own three star Private Lodge and Luxury Tented camp to accommodate our guests on the last evening thus once again in control of quality assurance.
We now offer an exciting range and combination of activities like, open vehicle day and night drives in Central Kruger, Big Five game walks in the heart of Kruger, Cycling Safaris through Kruger, a scenic sunset cruise through the Blyde River Canyon as well as an opportunity to view the Canyon from the top at the Three Rondawels as well. All in all, this itinerary proves to be the best yet! New itinerary to commence as from the 1st of December 2007. As part of our improvement strategy we have bought new land cruiser four wheel drive vehicles and converted them to overland vehicles. These land cruisers will at first only be operating the 14 Day Bush and Beach and the 21 Cape to Vic Falls itineraries.
This strategy enables us to go off the beaten track and offering your clients a more unique experience in Africa!
